Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI)

Herts Interpreting & Translation Services > Training > Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI)

I did the HITS short “Safe to Practice” interpreting course and the DPSI exam preparation course. I would highly rate both courses as they prepared me very well for what has become my full-time job – an interpreter working for the NHS, courts and Social Services amongst others. I found both courses very educational, informative and interactive. Sessions were structured to allow us to meet several interesting speakers, participate in discussions and practise consecutive and simultaneous interpreting on topics covered in the DPSI exam and other scenarios. I would highly recommend these courses for interpreters looking for a professional and engaging course in preparation for the DPSI exam.
